Donna has been a radio personality for many years and spent time in Top 40 and Rock radio before joining ministry radio in 2002. She has also had a stint on VH1's Rock Across America, had a recipe published in a cook book, worked as an Entertainment reporter, continues Public speaking at seminars and retreats. Enjoyed Modeling for a fitness line worked part time as a makeup artist and has been spokesperson for local and national companies. (All while working full time in radio) Donna has had a LOT of life experiences. Visited almost every state in the US as well as lived in Canada and two different cities in Germany. Visited Mexico, Brazil and Guatemala as well as Berlin before and after the wall came down. Being a wife, mom and dog mommy are favorites. Donna decided to follow Christ as the result of going (NOT willingly) to a women of faith conference with some friends from church. "I figured that I was an honorary Christian being that I was going to church and doing the things that Christians do". But what she learned at that conference changed EVERYTHING. Donna is on the air weekdays in the Midday and hopes you'll enjoy the music and use it as a transitioning time to go from work or school to the best part of the day- reconnecting with those you work so hard for in the first place. Life is busy and Donna lives right there with you in the thick of it. Trying to balance real life, faith and goals both long and short term. If you "get" that, you'll fit right in...unless, of course you're perfect. In that case, this is no place for you! :) Take time to hear the music and take time to celebrate the fact that we're all a mess together. Because sometimes that's what you'll take from The Midday Cruz...the realization that we all have similar struggles, goals, experiences and quirks! By the way, The Midday Cruz airs on radio stations all across the nation and most of them are "listener-supported" stations, so we want to thank *you* for being a friend of the show. By supporting your local station, you are helping keep us on the air! Thanks! |
